SHIPPING & RETURNS

When the shipping condition is FOB. LA, shipping and handling charges for all shipments are not included in item pricing.

International shipments can be quoted "Delivered Duty Paid" (DDP) or "Delivered Duty Unpaid" (DDU) upon request. Not all countries allow DDP provisions. An accurate quote requires a complete shipping address.

DDP quotes include customs duties or VAT, while DDU quotes do not include these charges. For DDU terms, the consignee should pay the carrier or customs broker before picking up the goods. The consignee may also need to submit an authorization letter to the carrier or customs broker for customs clearance.

HengYue reserves the right to determine the best shipping method unless the customer has specified a specific shipping method in advance.

HengYue usually uses express companies such as UPS, FedEx or DHL to ship samples. Customers can specify specific shipping methods.

For bulk orders, air freight is a more economical option than express delivery. When a customer's delivery date is tight, we choose air freight.

Usually, for large quantity orders, we choose sea shipping or rail/freight shipping.

Bulk packaging.

Unless otherwise specified by the customer, they are packed in bulk.

HengYue has the right to divide the shipment.

HengYue reserves the right to ship in batches.

UPS and FedEx address correction fees. If UPS and FedEx charge an address correction fee due to an incorrect address provided by Customer on a purchase order or email, such fee shall be borne by Customer. Fees are calculated on a case-by-case basis. Such cases may take 2-4 weeks to process. Suite and floor information are an important part of the address and must be included in your delivery information.

Packages rerouted.

If you wish to reschedule a package that has left our facility, please contact HengYue or your carrier directly. Carrier may charge diversion fees. If fees are charged by HengYue, we will issue invoices for all fees after receiving notice of fees.

product quality assurance.

We guarantee our products but cannot ensure that they will not be lost, damaged, or returned due to incorrect shipping address or incorrect carrier. If such a problem arises, we will be happy to negotiate a solution with the customer.

We reserve the right to modify our shipping terms at any time. Any modifications will be posted on the website and will be effective from the date of posting.
