By using this website and submitting an order to us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to the following terms and conditions, which govern the goods offered by HengYue INC.

By accessing and using this website, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions and applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please discontinue use of this site.

You agree that you will not use this site to engage in any unlawful, infringing, fraudulent, defamatory, harassing, obscene or otherwise unethical behavior.

You will not interfere with, damage or disrupt the proper functioning of the Site, including, but not limited to, through malware, viruses or other technical means.

Account registration may be required to utilize certain features or services of the Site.

You shall ensure that the registration information you provide is true, accurate, complete and up-to-date.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and shall not share or disclose your account information.

You are responsible for all activity under your account and for promptly notifying us of any unauthorized activity or breach of security.

Customer may submit Product orders through HengYue's online system or electronically by sending a completed Purchase Order to HengYue's e-mail address.

If Customer does not require HengYue's design services, Customer shall provide Product decoration details such as brand name, logo artwork, event artwork, or other details Customer wishes to use to decorate the Product. Orders shall be binding on HengYue only upon implied or express acceptance by HengYue.

Regulatory Compliance: Our products comply with relevant state and U.S. federal regulatory requirements.

Product Availability: In the event that a product is not listed on HengYue as required by the Customer, we will actively work with the Customer to fulfill the specific need by sending us an email with your specific request.

Quantity Tolerances: We make every effort to ensure that orders are produced in accurate quantities. Due to quality control and machine speed, there may be a ±5% tolerance on final quantities. We reserve the right to charge ±5% shipping accordingly.

Out-of-Stock Handling: For out-of-stock rates of ≤5%, customers have the option of a refund or replacement with another product.

Product Color and Appearance: While we make every effort to ensure that our images are accurate, the actual product may vary slightly from the image shown on the website or in the email. Therefore, we recommend that customers request samples prior to mass production.

Force Majeure: HengYue is not responsible for delays in delivery or availability due to force majeure (e.g. issues related to customs, transportation, natural or man-made disasters).

Shipping Calculation: We endeavor to ensure that shipping costs are calculated accurately. HengYue reserves the right to adjust shipping costs if actual shipping costs exceed estimated shipping costs by 5%.

Service Philosophy: At HengYue, we are committed to providing excellent service. If you have a problem with your order, please contact a salesperson immediately.

Return Claims: Within 3 business days of product delivery.

Claim Conditions: Claims must be for products that are unused, undamaged and in their original packaging.

Shipping Damage: If a product is damaged in transit, the recipient must document the damage and notify the carrier and HengYue in writing within 3 business days.

Delays in Delivery: Delivery dates are for information only and will not be reimbursed unless they are not in accordance with normal industry practice.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations will only be accepted once the product has been decorated. Returns may be subject to re-stocking fees.

Sample Orders: 100% balance payment.

Bulk Orders: 50% deposit and 50% balance before shipment.
